This program was established to attract new participants to our sport so they can get an insight into what Calisthenics is and for our existing participants to learn new skills and gain exposure to other forms of dance.
The program will run over the course of two days in two separate locations:
Northside at Weetangera Primary School
19/20 January 2017 from 8.30am – 5.00pm
Southside at Stromlo High
23/24 January 2017 from 8.30am – 5.00pm
The program will cater for school age children and is only available for participants 6 years and above.
Participants have the option of attending the full two day program or half days sessions. These two groups may be further divided into beginner and advance depending on number of registrations and will be based on current or non-existent calisthenics experience.
Half day attendance will run from 8.30am – 12.30pm
Full day attendance will be from 8.30am – 5.00pm
Please be aware – sessions and workshops will be offered based on number of registrations as well as availability of presenters.

ACT is very lucky and fortunate to have some talented coaches and presenters who will be running workshops/sessions at this program.
I have secured the services of Belinda Seaman who is the current ACT Senior Representative team coach and Jodie Sims who has a wealth of experience coaching in the ACT, these coaches will be running both locations and your children will gain so much from both of them.
There will be plenty more presenters and coaches – so stay tuned!!
At the conclusion of the 2 day programs there will be a mini concert for parents and families. This will be approx. 4.15 – 4.45pm on Friday 20 Jan and Tuesday 24 January. Participants will then be presented with a certificate. Parents will also have the opportunity to meet and chat with our ACT President, Tony Hall.
